It’s Super Tuesday, with primaries and caucuses going on in ten states around the country. Lots of eyes are on all but one of them: Virginia.
With just Mitt Romney and Ron Paul on the ballot, the question is what do supporters of Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich do? My guess? Stay at home.
Honestly, I think the only suspense for Virginians tonight will be the size of Romney’s margin of victory. As mentioned in this post, polling shows him with a 30 to 49 point lead.
I’m still debating on whether to vote today. Initially, it was a no-brainer for me: I wanted to have the right to complain should one of these guys win in November 🙂 But with it almost a foregone conclusion, I might just stay away.
UPDATE: Forgot to link to the latest polling from PPP.
